Powered by macOS Ventura (and eventually macOS Sonoma), and the M2 chip, the MacBook Air M2 is one of the best Macs released to date. It now even comes in both 13-inch and 15-inch sizes. While there are more powerful Apple computers out there, the 13-inch model offers a bit of everything for a reasonable price. The 15-inch model, meanwhile, has a bigger and better screen.

Though, notably, this MacBook still includes only two Thunderbolt 4 ports, in addition to MagSafe 3 and a 3.5mm headphone jack. This means that relying on numerous accessories simultaneously can get challenging. Fortunately, you can rely on docks to unleash your Mac's full potential and connect more add-ons. To save you some time, we've listed below the best MacBook Air M2 docks available.

Our favorite MacBook Air M2 docks

If I personally had to choose one of these docks for my MacBook Air M2, I would likely go for the Anker Docking Station. It doesn't have Thunderbolt speeds, but it is fairly priced, has a bit of everything, and comes from a reputable manufacturer. But if you're looking for a dock that offers faster bandwidth, the highest-end option, the CalDigit TS4 is the one to pick. Otherwise, nothing is wrong with a simple portable USB-C dongle like the Anker 341, which still offers extra ports like HDMI and USB-A. Ultimately, though, you will have to weigh your needs and budget to figure out which MacBook Air M2 dock you should buy.
